PASSION FOR IMMIGRATION LAW
The struggle to immigrate to the United States, and to unite immigrant families, has become ever more difficult. My mission is to assist with this, giving special attention to the particular needs and circumstances of each client.
I am a sole practitioner in Santa Rosa, California, and have been at my present location since 2009. I handle only immigration matters. While most of my clients have come from south of the US southern border, I have assisted people from Canada, England, France, India, Nepal, China, Japan, Sierra Leone, Fiji, the Philippines, Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam. My passion, experience, diligence, and devotion to family-based immigrant and non-immigrant matters, include:
Initial family member Visa Petitions;
Applications for Residence (Adjustment of Status);
Naturalization;
U Visa (victim of crime) Petitions;
Self-Petitions allowed under the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), for victims of domestic abuse;
DACA cases--Deferred Action For Childhood Arrivals.
Waivers (of unlawful presence)
